3/12/2010: Three Months In

Ryan Plett of The Denim Debate offers an honest critique of his Pulsars, 3 months broken in. Pretty interesting insight. I appreciate his willingness to be honest and his ability to judge “from zero”…his critique is totally unfiltered. Read up (click on the photo):

By the way, while these aren’t the new Pulsars, this pair was made from the fabric I’m using for the up-coming production.  It’s a sturdy, 13oz yellow line selvage denim from Cone Mills.  The coloring is very dense with no “peppering”; think indigo mixed with dark purple.  I thought it looked really interesting so I decided to use it for the new Pulsars.  Stay tuned!!

hey, do you have a shot of the jeans before you ever put them on? it would be nice to see the process from day one, fast forward to 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, etc

    Raheem,

Ryan does indeed have photos from when the jeans were new. To view the photos simply visit The Denim Debate. And where you see an update for oneculture Pulsar, click on the name “Ryan Plett”. You will then be given the option to view all the oneculture updates thus far: “Initial Impressions”, “1.5 Months In” and “3 Months in”.

You can find new “fit pic” photos of the Pulsars by clicking on the “Initial Impressions” post.
